The Buddha's doctrine is a doctrine of compassion, non-violence, and harmonious coexistence. All people who realize that violence cannot solve violence, refuse to take part in it. We express our sincere condolences to all those who died in the bombings in Sri Lanka. We remain sympathetic to the victims in our hearts and continue to spread the message of non-violence.
We call for forgiveness for those who, through limited knowledge, anger, intolerance and evil, committed this monstrous act. Let our forgiving compassion be the light that drives all people out of dukkha, to the path of awakening. 

May all people live in non-violence and peace!
