- The right view. What does the right view of the four truths, action and fruits, and dependent arising mean? Lust and desire: how to understand them? Inferiority and superiority: how to decisively renounce them?
- Right thinking. How does renunciation and non-violence affect our lives and the lives of other living beings? Controlling Your Thoughts: A Mindset That Increases and Reduces Suffering. Friendship: What is a bad friend and what is a good friend? Anger and Hate: What's My Choice? Nonviolent Problem Solving: How to Find Solutions? How to bravely and nonviolently respond to violence?
- The right talk. What is good to avoid lying, slandering, backbiting and empty talk? Fitness and unfitness: How does good behavior lead to desired achievements?
- The right action. What fruits does killing and stealing bring, and what pleasures lead directly to suffering? Controlling my behavior: Who is in control of my behavior?
